Returns and exchange

Welcome to the Returns and Exchanges Policy of www.watchesofantwerp.be. Please read this policy carefully.

Important Notes:
Please note that the following only applies for online purchases that are not physically picked up in our store/office. It only applies for purchases that are received by mailing service/shipping carrier. When you wish to return an in store purchase a restocking fee, depending and varying on the brand and model, will apply.

We reserve the right to accept or reject a return and refund request at sole discretion. We do not accept requests in the following circumstances:

• Return/Refund request is made after 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
• Product is used and damaged by the customer
• Incomplete product or partial order
• Fraudulent Return/Refund request

Your right to return

• You have the right to return your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days.
• During this period you can do with the product what is reasonably necessary to evaluate the product. It is allowed to try as you would be allowed in a physical store. You can remove the product from the package unless the package contains a seal.
• The return period will expire 14 days after the day you received the product.
• To make use of your right to return, please send us an email on info@watchesofantwerp.be. We ask you to return the product in the original packaging as far as possible.

Refund
In case of a return you will receive the payment of your purchase, not including delivery costs for initial shipment, as soon as possible and within 30 days after you have selected to use the right of return. You bear the costs and risks for the return shipment and have the responsibility to safely return the purchased product.

Exclusion of right to return
The right to return is excluded for:
Products that are made to your specification, such as products that are custom made.
